Chronicles of a Flip-Flop Healthy Person











Just recorded this recipe – it’s what I’m having for dindin.

This isn’t raw, but mmmmm!
Layer the following from bottom to top:
Whole wheat pasta (I used the corkscrew style)
Black olives, drained and mixed in
Organic sugarless tomato n basil marinara stirred in
(The above was warmed)
Feta cheese on top
Top with LOTS of:
Sprouts of your choice or microgreens
Lettuce mix
Homemade bruschetta (not *that* much)
(Salad/greens should consist of the majority of this dish)

Dig in and enjoy. It is TO DIE FOR!
