I’ve been dealing with an unsettled stomach and very little comin’ out
for a couple of days now. This worries me – I’m eating a ton of fiber.
What’s going on? Sigh.
Figuring out how to stay healthy… and it ain’t easy! Growing up, I was healthy as a horse. But over the last few years, I’ve just been sick so much it’s incredible. The last straw was when I had a severe gallstone attack on Christmas Day 2006. For a few weeks, I was afraid to eat. Everything I ate hurt and I kept thinking over and over, “Food is killing me.” That was the turning point for me.
